Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Combine eggs and salmon, then cook until soft. Add cream cheese & mix until a smooth texture, add green onions and scramble. Serve on a plate and garnish with the remaining cup green onions

1 Cup, Cooked (4.8 oz) (136 g) Salmon, Chinook, Smoked (x 0.125)
(2 tbsp) (30 ml) Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese Light Soft (x 0.25)
1 Medium Green Onions (x 0.125)
(1 tbsp) (15 ml) Crisco Vegetable Oil (x 0.125)

Breakfast Veggie Pattie

Place frozen pattie on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH,turning over halfway through cooking time. Approximatly 1 1/2 minutes.

Combine the onions, garlic, ginger ale, sauerkraut with liquid, and pepper in a a small pot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer another 7 to 10 minutes. Add the bratwurst and simmer until the sausages are cooked through, about 15 minutes. Drain, and serve with sauerkraut.

Lemon Mustard Chicken

Spray pan with cooking spray. Heat to medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Place chicken breast in pan. Cook on both sides approximately3 - 5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Deglaze pan with white wine. Put mustard and lemon juice in pan and stir scraping the bottom of the pan. Once well combined add parsley and pour over chicken.

One Serving Pam Cooking Spray (x 1)
(1 fl oz) (29.42 g) Alcoholic Bev, Wine, Table, White (x 1)

Instant Brown Rice

Combine rice, water and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. reduce heat (medium-low to medium) and cover. Simmer 10-12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
