Scrambled Eggs

Heat pan. Spray with non stick cooking spray. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add milk and whisk eggs with a fork. Pour egg mixture into pan and stir as needed so the bottom does not brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once eggs are fluffy remove from pan.

1 tsp Salt (Table Salt) (x 1)
1 tsp (2.1g) Pepper, Black (x 1)
1 fl oz (30.6g) Milk, Skim (x 1)
One Serving Pam Cooking Spray (x 1)

Breakfast Veggie Pattie

Place frozen pattie on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH,turning over halfway through cooking time. Approximatly 1 1/2 minutes.

Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place whole wheat tortilla in pan. Cover one half with light cheese blend. Fold in half and press down lightly. When cheese is melted and bottom is lightly browned flip over. When other side is lightly browned remove from heat. Cut into slices and service with 1 tablespoon of sour cream (optional).

Side Salad with Egg

Chop up 1 hardboiled egg and distribute over lettuce. Drizzle Balsamic Vinaigrette over salad for added flavor.

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix mayonnaise and cheese in small bowl. Lay chicken breasts on baking sheet and thinly spread mayo mixture evenly atop(may not use all). Next combile bread crumbs and seasoning and evenly sprinkle on top. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear. Tops will be browned and chicken will be incredibly juicy. You can also finish them off under the broiler for a minute or two to get them extra browned on top. Season with a dash of fresh cracked pepper and sea salt, if desired.

(3.5 oz) (100 g) Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless, Seasoned (x 1)
(1 tbsp) (15 ml) Hellmann's Mayonnaise Light (x 1)
(2 tsp) (10 ml) Kraft Cheese Parmesan Topping Reduced Fat 2% Milk Grated (x 1)
1 TSP. Italian Seasoning (x 1)
(1 cup) (237 ml) Bread Crumbs (x 0.125)
1 tsp (2.1g) Pepper, Black (x 1)
1 tsp Salt (Table Salt) (x 1)

Instant Brown Rice

Combine rice, water and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. reduce heat (medium-low to medium) and cover. Simmer 10-12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
