Egg in Bread

Take a slice of wheat bread and twist a small cup or glass on a flat surface to make a hole in the middle of the bread. Lightly butter the bread, begin frying and crack open an egg into the middle. Make sure egg is cooked, flipping as necessary. Melt a slice of cheese over one side when cooking is nearly done.

Breakfast sausage

Remove 3 links from package. Place on a microvave safe plate and cover. Microwave on high 30-40 seconds (defrosted) ot 50-60 seconds(from frozen)

Lay out two pices of whole wheat bread. Spead one tbsp of mayonnaise on one slice of bread. Place 3 slices of turkey lunch meat slices, 2 slices of tomato and one cup of iceburg lettuce on remaining slice of bread. Put both slices of bread together.

Mozzarella Cheese and Tomato

Take 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese and layer on a plate. Top with chopped basil. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinagar.

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix mayonnaise and cheese in small bowl. Lay chicken breasts on baking sheet and thinly spread mayo mixture evenly atop(may not use all). Next combile bread crumbs and seasoning and evenly sprinkle on top. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear. Tops will be browned and chicken will be incredibly juicy. You can also finish them off under the broiler for a minute or two to get them extra browned on top. Season with a dash of fresh cracked pepper and sea salt, if desired.

(1 cup) (237 ml) Bread Crumbs (x 0.125)
1 tsp (2.1g) Pepper, Black (x 1)
1 tsp Salt (Table Salt) (x 1)

Instant Brown Rice

Combine rice, water and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. reduce heat (medium-low to medium) and cover. Simmer 10-12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
