Scrambled Eggs

Heat pan. Spray with non stick cooking spray. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add milk and whisk eggs with a fork. Pour egg mixture into pan and stir as needed so the bottom does not brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once eggs are fluffy remove from pan.

1 tsp Salt (Table Salt) (x 1)
1 tsp (2.1g) Pepper, Black (x 1)
1 fl oz (30.6g) Milk, Skim (x 1)
One Serving Pam Cooking Spray (x 1)

Cook in frying pan or microwave as suggested on the packaging.

(1 tbsp) (15 ml) Olive Oil (x 1)

Mozzarella Cheese and Tomato

Take 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese and layer on a plate. Top with chopped basil. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinagar.

Grilled Chicken Breast

Season both sides of chicken breast wirh salt and pepper. Place on heated grill. Cook the chicken until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. About 10-15 minutes each side.

Instant Brown Rice

Combine rice, water and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. reduce heat (medium-low to medium) and cover. Simmer 10-12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
