Using an 8-inch, non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add beaten eggs. Add the eggs begin to coagulate, add the 3 cheeses evenly over the eggs. As cheese begins to melt, and before the eggs get brown, flip or turn egg mixture over. Continue to cook until the cheese melts. Turn omelette 1 more time. The finished omelette will be a nice yellow color with the cheese melted. Serve immediately.

Combine the onions, garlic, ginger ale, sauerkraut with liquid, and pepper in a a small pot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer another 7 to 10 minutes. Add the bratwurst and simmer until the sausages are cooked through, about 15 minutes. Drain, and serve with sauerkraut.

Lightly grease a large frying pan with non-stick spray. Heat the pan. Temperature will depend on the thickness of the chops. For thin chops use med-high heat. For thicker chops use medium heat. Brush pork chops with a thin coat of olive oil. Lightly sprinkle the pork chops with each of the seasonings. Flip and repeat on the other side. Place in the frying pan until browned on one side (usually about 7-12 minutes). Flip and cook until other side is browned.

Pasta with Butter

Fill a large pot with cold water. Pasta will expand up to triple its original size, so to ensure it cooks correctly, you'll need at least 1 qt. of water per every 4 oz. of dry pasta. If the water fills the pot more than � of the way full, use a larger pot to prevent water from boiling over the top. Allow the water to come to a full boil. You can cover the pot with a lid to speed up boiling time. If you put your pasta in before the water boils, it can start breaking it down prematurely, causing it to become soggy. Add salt to the water as soon as it starts to boil and let it dissolve. Put pasta into the pot of boiling water and stir frequently with a long wooden spoon. Stir pasta often, around every three minutes, to prevent it from sticking together or to the bottom of your pan. Stirring also allows your pasta to cook evenly.On average, whole wheat pasta takes up to 12 minutes to cook. Drain and serve with butter. Add salt and pepper to taste
