Three Cheese Omelette

Using an 8-inch, non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add beaten eggs. Add the eggs begin to coagulate, add the 3 cheeses evenly over the eggs. As cheese begins to melt, and before the eggs get brown, flip or turn egg mixture over. Continue to cook until the cheese melts. Turn omelette 1 more time. The finished omelette will be a nice yellow color with the cheese melted. Serve immediately.

Breakfast sausage

Remove 3 links from package. Place on a microvave safe plate and cover. Microwave on high 30-40 seconds (defrosted) ot 50-60 seconds(from frozen)

Lay out two pices of whole wheat bread. Spead one tbsp of mustard on one slice of bread. Place 3 slices of ham lunch meat slices, top with cheese. Put both slices of bread together.

1 tsp (5g) Mustard, Prepared, Yellow (x 1)
2 Weight Watchers Bread 100% Whole Wheat (x 1)
1 slice Kraft Deli Deluxe American Cheese (x 1)

Side Salad with Egg

Chop up 1 hardboiled egg and distribute over lettuce. Drizzle Balsamic Vinaigrette over salad for added flavor.

(1 tbsp) (15 ml) Vinaigrette; Balsamic, Preprepared (x 1)

Teriyaki Steak with Instant Brown Rice

Place the steak in the marinade and let marinate for at least an hour, and up to 48 hours. If grilling the steak, prepare your grill for high, direct heat. If pan frying, heat a large cast iron pan on high heat. If grilling oil the grill grates. Place the steak on the hot grill or pan. Sear for 3-5 minutes on one side, or until the side is well browned, and turn the steak over and sear the other side. Baste the steak with teriyaki sauce. When the steak is well seared on both sides, remove from the heat and let rest for 10-15 minutes.

(6 oz) (170 g) Beef Steak Sirloin Top Filets 6 Oz (x 1)
(1 tbsp) (15 ml) Kikkoman Marinade & Sauce Teriyaki (x 2)

Instant Brown Rice

Combine rice, water and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. reduce heat (medium-low to medium) and cover. Simmer 10-12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
