Egg in Bread

Take a slice of wheat bread and twist a small cup or glass on a flat surface to make a hole in the middle of the bread. Lightly butter the bread, begin frying and crack open an egg into the middle. Make sure egg is cooked, flipping as necessary. Melt a slice of cheese over one side when cooking is nearly done.

1 Pat Butter, Pat (x 1)
1 Slice Kraft Deli Deluxe American Cheese (x 1)

Breakfast sausage

Remove 3 links from package. Place on a microvave safe plate and cover. Microwave on high 30-40 seconds (defrosted) ot 50-60 seconds(from frozen)

Toss all ingredients and serve.

1 Cup, Shredded (1.7 oz) (46.9 g) Lettuce Romaine (x 2)
1 Cup, Chopped Or Diced (5 oz) (143 g) Pickles, Cucumber, Dill (x 1)
1 Medium Tomato (x 1)
(1 oz) (28.35 g) Cheese, Feta (x 1)
(3 oz) (84 g) Chicken Breast Strips- Grilled; Butterball (x 1)
(1 tbsp) (15.2 g) Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled (x 2)
(1 tbsp) (15 ml) Olive Oil (x 1)

Mozzarella Cheese and Tomato

Take 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese and layer on a plate. Top with chopped basil. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinagar.

2 Thick Slices Tomato (x 1)
1 Slice Sargento Deli Style Cheese Mozzarella Thin Sliced (x 2)
One Leaf Fresh Basil (x 4)
(1 tbsp) (15 ml) Olive Oil (x 0.33)
(1 oz) (28 g) Balsamic Vinegar (x 1)

Slice chicken to desired size and alternate chunks of chicken with onions and peppers. Grill until cooked.

Substitute veggies with alternatives if you wish.

Side Salad with Avocado

Chop up 1/4th Avocado and distribute over lettuce. Drizzle Balsamic Vinaigrette over salad for added flavor.
